Many of you who are reading this know that I’ve been designing my own tarot cards in my medium—collage. The plan has always been to publish the deck! I’m now at the point in the project where funding matters. It’s time to begin ordering product samples! Proofs! Maybe some other surprises! Also time to begin planning production quantity and pricing accordingly.

I’ve been working on the collages since about this time last year and have finished two full suits and a couple of major arcana—so I’m just about halfway to completing the 78 cards of the full deck. Current patrons have been following along with the creation of the deck since then! I’ve received such thoughtful input from you all that has definitely impacted some of my design decisions. I can definitely tell you that the more I work on this project, the more motivated I am to get this deck out into the world. I can’t wait to do readings with my own intuitive set of cards.

I’m planning for the deck itself to be produced and ready for distribution in about 14 months. That sounds far away but considering that I’m still making the images, it’s very perfect timing.

I’m holding this membership drive as a crowd-funding method to bring this deck into existence! Please don’t stop reading because I used the crowd-funding word! There’s a reason I’m not using K*ckst*rt*r.

Potential Hanged One

Anyone who pledges $5/month or more during the span of the membership drive (and remains a member through the end of the project)  will get the deck when it’s produced. I want all supporters to get all of the benefits. People who can pledge more help get the stretch goals locked in faster so that the first limited edition printing (what you’re funding!) will be really really nice. 

The first printing will be limited edition, so I’ve made a lot of stretch goals that will upgrade the deck and create other limited goodies for all supporters.

💫 Box upgrade (from a tuck box like a regular deck of cards to a clamshell box)
💫 I’ll make a few oracle cards!
💫 Hand designed mat/cloth for readings or however you’d like to use it
💫 Workbook for you to make your own interpretive notes (or it can just be a cool freeform notebook)
💫 Small commemorative art book

If we blow past all these stretch goals, I’ll add on more oracle cards!

Simple breakdown of how your approx 14-month support will fund the project:
🔮 50% – Production
🔮 30% – All shipping involved—from the manufacturer to me to packaging and postage that brings it to you. 
🔮 10% – Patreon fees and payment processing
🔮 10% – Safety buffer, for any miscalculations or unforeseen expenses

Those of you who are already pledging $5 or more per month are already part of this so you don’t have to do anything.
