So I learned from this weekend that mom has been experiencing post-menopausal bleeding. For how long? Who knows. She is 72. And because of the brain problems she’s doing things like washing out the toilet, bending over and wiping up the floor, and washing out the disposable underwear in the sink.
They did a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday morning and didn’t see anything that required urgent treatment but she needs to see a gyno.
This is giving me major flashbacks to living at home. I have some tampons with me and asked if she wanted to use them but then I thought better of it bc she will absolutely forget she’s wearing one.
