I’ve been having cold flashes before bed! It’s a premenopausal thing!
I hope menopause is normal for me and starts and ends at the correct time. I think it’s still a ways off for me but it is weird to think about finally achieving the dream I’ve had since my third period in my early teens: to never menstruate again.
