Here’s my memory of the day for our second day on the road!
Yesterday we drove from north Georgia clear through Tennessee to Kentucky. It was another long day on the road but it ended in a great quiet campsite in Mammoth Cave National Park.
This picture was from a rest stop in Tennessee where Sailor and I stopped for lunch. It was nice to take a break to cook lunch on my camp stove and Sailor definitely took advantage of the time out of the car to roll around in the grass.
Do you ever notice how looking at a photo is the starting point for a story?
